Camping

If  camping is your hobby Forest County has you covered. The Forest Service  operates and maintains 12 developed campgrounds within Forest County  and numerous primitive sites. The developed campgrounds usually have a  swim area, pit toilets, picnic areas, water pumps and garbage disposal  areas. Primitive sites are usually a single site, a little more secluded  and include a fire ring and sometimes a picnic table. Some primitive  sites have "wilderness" toilets too. Contact the Forest Service for additional information on campgrounds and primitive sites.
