Located 4 miles South of Crandon on County Park Rd. off East Shore Dr. The park was developed and is maintained by the Forest County Forestry & Recreation Department. The Park manager is available on site for information and concerns. The park is open from:

These sites can be rented from May 1st – October 1st.
There is a waiting list at this time please call the Forestry and Recreation Department for more information or to get on the list.
Sites 1-19 ($2,100 + Tax)
Sites T1-T7 are for tents only. This rate is for one tent per unit. Additional tents on sites will be an added cost. See park manager for details.
Sites 20-58. This rate is for one camper or tent unit. Additional camping units on sites will be an added cost. See park manager for details.
Cancelations must be made no later that 7 days before the first day of the reservation, a refund will be given for the camping fee, but the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds for early departures.
Please note that the prices do not include taxes, a $10 non-refundable registration fee, and excluding seasonal sites. The county reserve the right to change prices at any time. There is a maximum of 14 days per reservation.

Lake Metonga offers excellent fishing and boating. This 2,100 acre lake offers plenty of room for all water enthusiasts. Fish inhabiting this lake include walleye, northern pike, large and small mouth bass, bluegill, black crappie, rock bass, pumpkinseed, perch, bullheads, and white suckers to name a few. A boat launch is located on the west side of the park by the dam. There is also a free to use, high pressure boat wash station located behind the garage in the park.
